Why a Grace Based Life?

Its DAY 1, POST 1, and without knowing whether or not I will have 1 Reader (Hi Mom!) or 1 Million (Bye Day Job!), it is my intention that as I grow, you grow with me. I hope my site sparks new ideas for you to connect with your partners, your children, your parents and social networks and our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I have strong call in my a heart for connecting families closer together and hope to create a dynamic and positive group experience for everyone that comes to dialogue and receive encouragement. After all, this isn't a dress rehearsal right? Lets make it count. Lets make it the best life filled with the best relationships and connections that we can. Lets get deep.

My goal is to keep it relatable and brief so that it can actually enhance our lives with practical and easy to implement ideas without adding more unproductive, unreasonable 'To Do's' or reasons to feel guilty that we aren't living up to the highlight reel standards set online. The reality is, our Father works EVERYTHING together for our good (Romans 8:28). Yes, that means even the internet and social media platforms we access every day. If we are going to spend the time here, lets allow that time to enhance our lives with the people we love.

You will receive so many new and copied (everything is a copy, by the way...) ideas here in small, bite sized pieces. I will change the format up, because I am a reformer and that is just who I am. Some ideas will involve alone time out and many will call for family time in; regardless of how you implement any of it, our shared goal will always be more connectedness with those you love. Please share what works and add to the dynamic conversation we are creating.
